Typica Coffee is a coffee shop located in Taytay, Rizal, known for its minimalist Japanese branding and bike-friendly atmosphere. The caf offers both alfresco and air-conditioned seating, but does not have a parking lot. Despite its slightly higher prices, customers rave about the quality of coffee and food, particularly the House Affogato blend and Purple Yam/Ube cake. The caf also employs friendly staff, with one staff member, Nia, receiving a special shoutout. Though somewhat hidden on a side street, Typica Coffee is easily accessible through Maps or Waze. With reasonable prices, great taste, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's no wonder why customers continue to come back again and again.

This place has alfresco and air-conditioning unit. The place don't have parking lot. All in all the drinks and food are a little bit pricey.
Truly a hidden gem in Taytay, Rizal. I'm told this joint user to be a Sari sarı store but now converted into a Cafe.
Coffee tastes good and very reasonably priced plus their cakes tasted really great.
If ever you're in Taytay, do pass by their store. It is located in a side street but relatively easy to find using Maps or Waze
The brownie and cookie were good (and vegan?). The japanese cheesecake is a must! It's soft, fluffy, and you can taste the lemon. The base of the blueberry cheesecake was a bit hard but the cheesecake itself is okay. Some of the forks broke because of the cookie and blueberry cheesecake base.
All of our drinks were too sweet for us. We ordered white cream blended non coffee, caffe shakerato, caramel brulee latte, and peach tea (sweet even with less sugar/syrup). It also took a while for them to serve our drinks because there were many customers who came before us that Saturday night.
I would go back for the brownie, cookie, and especially the japanese cheesecake. I'd like to try white matcha mousse cake. As for the drinks, I'd have to ask for less sugar.
I am enjoying weekend bike rides to coffee shops like this. One of the most bike-friendly cafés out there. Very accessible coming from Manila.
Loved the ambience as it has very minimalist Japanese branding. I also loved the clean white theme all over. They have 2 cashiers serving 2 different group of specialty coffees/non-coffee beverages.
I really liked the taste of their House Affogato blend. Leaves a sweet and long lasting flavor in your mouth. Plus their Purple Yam/Ube cake is to die for. Very delicious.
And the staff is very sweet and nice. Shoutout to Niña.
Will definitely go back here again and again. Napakasulit.
Been wanting to visit this place since when it got popular amongst cyclist. It's just a short ride from the city. Right turn from Ortigas Ave. Extension towards E. Rodriguez Ave. and you find it some 600 meters on the left. The coffee is good. I'd say a cup alone fueled me to ride another 30kms. Didn't try the pastries but will surely come back again another time.
The vibe is nice, cozy and warm. Plus you can chill with the open area space that they have. Coffee is nice and the food is as good as well. You can enjoy it here with your friends and family to just have a coffee break
